Friday, August 20, 2004 My first post After months of saying I'll start blogging, I've finally gotten off my rear end and done something about it. Sorry the sweater isn't fitting quite right, it looks beautiful. How about taking in the neck, it might be stretching out with the weight of the sweater and causing the rest of the sweater to hang funny? Try a running stitch in the same yarn to see if it helps, if it's any help you can go back and do a back stitch that won't move around like a running stitch, and secure the neck at a smaller circumference. Also, maybe you can use a sewing machine to take it in and cut off the excess, if it is really way too big on the sides... anyway, you could once again baste it as a test. The scarf is GORGEOUS! Great job. and the pig is adorable.
